A Few things that tickle my fancy

1. A statement-making pair of cateye frames. I have dozens of eyeglasses and they are all cateyes. If I have to wear them, I may as well enjoy it. 

2. A dainty sundress. I love to express my femininity in this way.

6. Doing things I shouldn’t in that loud, fast car of mine. I call her Trouble Maker, because she’s like that friend my momma told me not to hang out with because she ain’t nothin’ but trouble.  And ever since she got made over in that bold pearl neon mint, you can’t tell her nothing. Shucks, with her, I really feel like I could make it in Formula 1.

7. Scoring a deal at the antique mall. I go anti

8. Looking in the mirror and seeing my mother, Anita Louise, looking back at me. If I can be half as gracious, wild, full-of-faith, risk-taking, rule-breaking, dainty, intrepid, optimistic, courageous, elegant, benevolent, joyful, fancy and super-duper strong as she was, then I'm doing alright!

9. A good 'ol Baptist hymn. My favorite is "God Will Take Care of You." Ms. Aretha Franklin sings it best
